1. Purpose
BioVision Innovations is committed to creating and maintaining an environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity, free from discrimination and harassment.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, volunteers, members, clients, and partners of BioVision Innovations, in all aspects of its operations.
3. Policy Statement
BioVision Innovations strictly prohibits discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by law.

4. Environment
BioVision Innovations is dedicated to providing a work and educational environment that is free from harassment. Harassment, including sexual harassment, will not be tolerated and will be subject to disciplinary action.

5. Reporting Procedure
Individuals who believe they have been subjected to any form of discrimination or harassment should report the incident promptly to the executive board/team.

6. Response and Retaliation
All reports of discrimination and harassment will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. Retaliation against individuals for reporting discrimination or harassment or for participating in an investigation is strictly prohibited.

7. Awareness
BioVision Innovations enforces employees to accept all policies and compliances when joining the BioVision team, regardless of role or department.

8. Policy Review and Modification
This policy will be reviewed periodically and may be modified in accordance with legal and organizational developments.
